Office Administration Manager

With a history spanning over many decades, Swettenham has attracted and retained some of the best operators in the industry and is now looking for a standout candidate to fill the role of Office Administration Manager at the stud, situated near Nagambie.
The role is all encompassing and includes (but is not limited to): overseeing all aspects of day to day stud administration, supervision of office staff, liaising with key stakeholders, debtor management, weekly payroll processing, fulfilling WH&S and work cover obligations, end of month review and statement generation.
The ideal candidate must be highly self motivated, possess a can do attitude and have minimum of 5 years experience in an administrative role. A high level of attention to detail is required and candidates who are “tech savvy” and are proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office suite, Ardex and MYOB (payroll) will be considered favourably.
A competitive salary package will be offered to the successful candidate.
