I am proud to offer you in 2009 a quality stallion roster and as in 2008 these sires should provide plenty of winners for our clients. We are particularly pleased with the continuing good reports on the progeny of stallions on the roster and are extremely excited about our latest addition to the team Kaphero. Stallions Soldier's Tale and Host's first crop of foals have been particularly pleasing and a great advertisement for both stallions. It is our vision to have a thriving Victorian industry with the North East Thoroughbreds recognized as a centre of breeding excellence in Australia. Importantly, the North East is establishing the stallion line up to make the vision achievable. We trust you will enjoy comparing the stallions in our line up and hope your mare makes it into the serving barn at Swettenham Stud, if not this year then in the not too distant future.
