Shuffle the Cash, a talented staying son of Dash for Cash, continued his outstanding run of form with a comprehensive win on the Sunshine Coast today.

Prepared at Ballina, Shuffle the Cash notched up win number five at his 14th start when he cruised home in the Reed Property Group Handicap (1800m).

Leading apprentice Joshua Jones got plenty out of the four-year-old, who'd earned a cheque at seven of his ten runs prior to today.

The gelding was narrowly beaten last time out on the cushion track at the Sunshine Coast.

Trained by William Pholi, Shuffle the Cash ($7) hit the finish line three parts of a length clear of runner-up Pass the Bubbly ($41).

Dawns Queen ($7) was another four and a half lengths back in third place.

The favourite Showciti ($3.80) beat only three runners home in the 16 horse field.

Shuffle the Cash is one of two winners, from two runners, for the four time city winning Forest Glow mare Final Shuffle.

His family, further back, includes the Group One winners De Gaulle Lane, You Remember, Danni Martine, Slver Sharpe and Waltzing Lady.

Dash for Cash, the sire of Shuffle the Cash, is enjoying a great run.

Yesterday his promising daughter Passed in Twice, a member of the Quinton Scott stable, scored a stylish win at Benalla.

Passed in Twice has race four times - for two wins and two second placings.

And on Saturday his group winning son Bank Robber was outstanding in his return to the racetrack when only beaten a nose by Duporth in the Group One QTC Cup.
