Great Clients
› Great clients Les Gordon, Peter Devitt and David Hayes on their sale of Bianconi’s dual Group 1 winning sprinter Nicconi to Widden Stud. We wish them well in their Royal Ascot debut in the King’s Stand which would be another feather in the cap of our own BIANCONI.
Royal Ascot
› While on Royal Ascot if anyone wants to attend Manton in Wiltshire on the Monday preceding the meeting then please arrange this with Sam Sangster immediately. His email is sangstersam@hotmail.com and there is already a large contingent of visitors expected at 11am that day.
Alittlebitofmonica
› Well named filly Alittlebitofmonica by Court Of Jewels from Political Pet won the Gosford 2YO 1100m from 12 other 2YO’s. The filly was bred by Jan Lonie who had success with her great Bianconi galloper and now sire Mr Martini when he was trained by this fillies trainer Marc Connors. The2YO Bay filly had a first and a second at the trials before she put the writing on the wall with a close debut fourth at Hawkesbury. Alittlebitofmonica in my life will also be welcomed by her co-breeder and still owner Mark Geraghty from Geraghty Bloodstock in Qld. Commiserations to all those she beat who have $40,000 plus service fee stallions as their sires.
