TIM POOLE

Tim Poole joins the Swettenham Stud team as the new Chairman
of the Board. His appointment is very much welcomed by Adam
Sangster who has been very keen to widen the scope and experience
on the Board of Swettenham Stud.

Tim has enjoyed a number of important appointments in a seemingly
short career including exalted positions as a Non Executive Director of
Newcrest Mining Limited; a former Managing Director of Hastings Fund
Management; Chairman of Asciano Group; a member of the Investment
Committee of the industry superannuation fund AustralianSuper; a
member of the LEK Consulting Advisory Board; a Director of Lifestyle
Communities Limited and the Victoria Racing Club.
